Return & Refund Policy

At Vaidyam Shastra, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to offer the highest quality Ayurvedic products. However, due to the nature of our goods (health and wellness products), we have a specific policy regarding returns and refunds.
1. Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

You have received a wrong product.

The product is damaged during transit.

The item delivered is expired or defective.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

A return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

You must provide proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) and relevant photos (for damaged/defective products).
Please note:
We do not accept returns for products due to personal dislike, taste preferences, or allergic reactions.
2. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Opened or used products

Products without original packaging or invoice

Health supplements and consumables after opening the seal
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or as store credit.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Orders canceled after dispatch

Incorrect address or delivery refusal by the customer
4. Replacements
If the product you received is damaged or incorrect, we will offer a free replacement. Please contact our support team within 3 days of delivery with relevant photos and order details.
5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped — whichever comes first.

Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
6. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

Please mention your order ID and provide a brief description of the issue along with supporting images if applicable.
7. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/expired product), we will bear the shipping cost.

If the return is not due to our error, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
8. Final Decision
All returns and refunds are subject to approval by the Vaidyam Shastra team. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product does not meet our return policy criteria.
